****** PATHETIC SERVICE...

I have experienced a terrible service from Rain, I have paid my monthly subscription and my router only plays 3minutes and goes offline, am working from home and am losing my days of work, yhoo guys their phones are faulty they get dropped every time am trying get through, no reply on emails nothing seems to make sense at that organization and I think they are running a banana republic so yesterday managed get through and I was on hold for approximately two hours until the agent drops the call, i have my fellow colleagues complaining about the same thing and saying they opt to other network services end of June and am doing the same and will influence others to do the same, the ****** service is pathetic and they dont care about customers. Am still awaiting for them to call me even now.. I have never seen such stupidity in entire life an have been so angry for age's, kids want to watch TV they can't because of this ***** called RAIN yhoo am done shame, will also opt to Ikeja or any other network provider and am urging everyone to do the same, am so crossed and disappointed as I cannot log in and do my work and Superiors are very crossed with me..
