Pathetic service by Rain network provider

I received my SIM card yesterday to apparently enjoy the service provided by rain but I still don’t have internet. I have logged numerous tickets #***, #***, #***, #***, #***, #*** - to the point I decided to cancel because rain is a waste of time and money. I would like a refund!

this is the 3rd day and I still have no internet and no technician has been in contact.
I plan on taking this to the ombudsman-I want a full refund and forget to have me as a customer!

Kindly note I do not want a credit for the down time I want a full refund as I’ll be moving to another service provider.
The lever of service rain provides is utterly ridiculous! Please I do not need excuses from rain-I just require my money back, as the service promised was not delivered. I am currently liaising with the ombudsman in this regard.

That would take another month-I require my refund immediately as payment was made before the delivery of the sim a router. Process my refund before the collection of the sim and router!

This is proves yet again the level of service rain offers! They quick to take money but conveniently have a process to follow when returning a client’s money. Schedule your **** to be collected asap so I can get my refund!
