Pathetic service by Rain Internet Service
I purchased a rain sim card from takealot and followed the necessary steps. However the online RICA refused to work. The service is pathetic, I've logged two compliants and all I got was a query number from them. This is unacceptable as they have already billed me for a service that I am unable to use. I want a full refund immediately.
