Pathetic Service by Rain and terrible customer care

If you’re looking for an ISP I highly recommend that you stay away from Rain. Their service is pathetic and customer service is none existent and just as pathetic.

I’ve been struggling with network connection for the past couple of months and each time I request assistance I hit a brick wall. Firstly, their customer service is outsourced and there’s a lot of miscommunication, secondly their social page always ask for DM’s but nothing gets resolved instead they always tell you the “matter is resolved” but it gets worse.

I’ve been told or promised speeds of up to 100mbps but for the past couple of months I’ve been getting less than 1mbps and at times 0kbps. I’ve decided to cancel it. So spare yourself the pain and anxiety of using Rain, look elsewhere.
