Pathetic service

Pathetic service, if you value your money stay away from these people. From the delivery company to the service support centre. Ordered the 5G router last week, it was delivered on Monday, 4 days later they haven’t activated my SIM card. I’ve been calling their call centre for days now and they have been taking me from pillar to post. Opted for cancellation and a refund and they can’t even commit to a turnaround time to cancel my deal🚮. Pathetic
