Pathetic service

have been struggling for the last 3 months with my wifi connection. I been calling and complaining and logging faults on the app. No one ever comes back to me. They promise to call back and they dont. They promise to send a technician out fhey don't. They continue to tell me its escalated to technicians etc but i get nothing. They quick to take my money every month. They just don't care. Spoke to supervisor on saturday who promised she would sort it and call me back!!! Guess what absolutely nothing. Just lies and deceit !! Rain you better wake up amd sort my 3 month issue out!!!
