Pathetic Service and Unprofessionalism
Pathetic service received from Rain and RAM Hand to Hand Couriers.
My order was dealt with by Silindile Ntombela at Rain.
Service delivery and customer satisfaction aren’t existent at Rain. They just in the interest of robbing customers their money without commiting to service that they keep promising.
I made it clear to Silindile on my delivery requirements and my work schedule, explained my bad experience with RAM Courier with my other deliveries, politely asked her to propagate my requirements and work schedule to RAM to avoid repetition of the horrific service that RAM provides. So not sure if this was done or if RAM became RAM that I know with disgusting service. RAM Agents are another story.
So my request from this unsuccessful delivery of service was to acquire a refund for the 5G router order that was processed. It’s close to a month now so not sure if I should just regard myself as ****** by Rain and move on or if my refund will still be processed this year? Rain ref below.

Please can you confirm when to expect my refund seeing that the calling method didn’t workout yesterday, has never worked as I numerously tried calling for resolution before coming to this platform.
I’m no longer interested in this shebang. Please keep your Service to those in need and give back what’s due to me. You have got back your router returned by your counterpart RAM Couriers, so please can you advise on times-lines for my refund??
