Pathetic service and terrible connection

Service is pathetic. We have a "sales representative" in our town - Klerksdorp -but the 7'th time I complained about not getting any form of signal he decided to cancel my subscription without my instruction. We paid for a 10mb line, on a good day we got 4mb and even then everything was painfully slow. Mostly no reception, we would randomly have no internet for hours on end. The worst still has got to be the attitude of their "rep", shrugging off the complaints, telling us to mount the modem on the roof if we want better reception. I will NEVER recommend Rain to anyone - in fact I will actively dissuade anyone even considering them.
