Pathetic service and *********** staff
I cancelled my Rain subscription in December 2024 and I even received a reference number for a cancelation. There were numerous messages confirming the cancelation but to my surprise they deducted again I January 2025. Whenever I called their call center I get through to *********** agents who keep on dropping the call. I want my money back. Such a pathetic service.

I never took this subscription and paid later. Your reply ĵust shows me that you are just defeyour company and care less of your clients. I had this subscription for about 8 years and I finally where these other negative reviews come from.
