Pathetic service and shameless customer service

Worst pathetic service ever, I used to think government departments is worse, rain is taking a trophy of useless and pathetic service ever.what a waste of time and my money. How do you cancel my subscription and deduct my money unless that company is running by *********** people with lack of knowledge and respect to their customers pathetic. Shameless service
