Pathetic service and no telephonic support option

I bought a sim from clicks and the cashier there assured me that she RICAd it. I activated the SIM with unlimited offpeak but I was prompted for Rica process which is cumbersome online. I'm an existing customer that used their service before. No TELEPHONIC support is pathetic and there is no record onsite of one's logged issues.
