Pathetic service and no response

This is now the third time I'm posting here about Rain and their pathetic service. Because I posted that they need to be reported. They contacted me to say they will refund . Karoba. S ..Called me and said within 24 to 48 hours I will get the refund. It has now been 12 days and nothing . When I email him he says wait the refund is coming. It's like a joke cause it seems they know that they not going to help . Something needs to be done urgently like them being reported to the news. Need help here on how to report Rain
