PATHETIC SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER ASSISTANT FROM RAIN.

Im highly disappointed with RAIN. This is our second time posting here and still i havent received a response from them. I cant even login to check my statement coz im told that my password is wrong when its not. They havent even debited me end of May. Im so frustrated at how unprofessional RAIN is. I would never ever recommend it to anyone because coz they false advertise aswell. Even when im the only one connected to it and im watching a movie its always buffing which is so irritating. I have even emailed them to assit me with loggin on my account so i can cancel the card. I WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES BECAUSE IVE BEEN TRYING TO LOGGON TO MY ACCOUNT BUT ITS NOT ALLOWING ME EVEN TO RESET PASSWORD ITS NOT ALLOWING ME TOO.
