Pathetic service and NO COVERAGE

No internet connectivity for 4 days, no explanation, no assistance to fix, only empty promises! I have called twice and the first consultant told me a technician would call me back, not one has since called. I called a second time, i was told there is maintenance being done. In the meantime I cannot do my job efficiently because I have no internet!
