Pathetic service and no connection

Rain is the worst service provider. I recently went to their store in Port Elizabeth, located at Circular Business Park, 19 Circular Dr, Overbaakens, Gqeberha. I was promised that one of the technicians will be calling me with regards to a connectivity issue I have with their router. I've been changing the signal in between 4g/5g even reverted it back to 5g only and moved the router to an area at home which has a better signal. To date I have not received any calls from the support team or any acknowledgement emails. Honestly rain telecommunications company is a waste of money you'll find yourself paying over R600 pm only for you to be purchasing data from vodacom in order for you to use during the off times of the router. The company lacks in customer services skills and their contact number doesn't go through but is listed on their website. Its a nightmare having to deal with such
