Pathetic Service and Network

I cancelled my rain account over 2 years ago and paid what I owed after they took me to debt collector. Today I recieve a message that I must pay another R134. What is it for as I cancelled the account. Rain is pathetic, service is disgusting, there's hardly a network connection. Cancel the account and leave me alone. I'm not interested in doing business with you or recommending you to anyone.
