Pathetic service and empty promises

I've ordered my sim card on the 15 July 2020, and was promised deliivery within 5 days. I'm still waiting for delivery. When I contacted them a week ago, they said they would reply within 24-48 hours, however its been forever. Im disappointed because they have absolutely no respect for their clients.
