PATHETIC SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS EVER. STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!!!
Rain is very good in selling to you but pathetic with after sales! I placed an order and the incorrect product was delivered. i have been trying to get assistance since 1 November 2023 to get this resolved but with no results! Everytime I call I'm told I will get feedback within 72 hours but that never happens. After 6 reference numbers i was told i cannot get any more references as the new reference cancels the old??? How PATHETIC can you be?????? Everytime i ask about cancelling you persuade me not to cancel as i would need to reapply and the process would take even longer.
HERE IS MY LIST OF REFERENCE NUMBERS, I EXPECT THIS TO BE RESOLVED BEFORE YOU TRY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR A PRODUCT I DID NOT ORDER.
