Pathetic service and coverage from Rain

First note: I have only given Rain a star because I have to in order to write a review.

I requested a refund and cancellation of my sim card as the connectivity was putrid. I was told 7 to 10 days. We are now on day 20 with no feedback from them aside to say someone will get back to me in a few days. Calls remain unanswered.
