PATHETIC SERVICE AND AFTER SERVICE.. STAY AWAY FROM RAIN

I paid these guys and never ever used the data of the sim card as my house is not covered and they never told me this, now they deducted from my account again after canceling and they dont want to refund me, RAIN is not professional and very unreliable, and this is very true, they dont care about bad reputations and they dont care about customers and after sales, i want/NEED my money back RAIN!!!! i cancelled and u guys refusing to give me back my money. R500 gone!!!
