Pathetic service and a bunch of useless promises. All that you can do good is to lie to your customers.
Can't change a thing on the Rain app or online. Phoned them about 4 times promising me that it is escalated and that they will attend to the problem and the change will take effect within 24 hours. Logged several tickets and every time they will attend and get back within 24 hours, but nothing is happening.

24 Feb 2021, 19:55So Mosa, you rep**** and somebody changed the option to "unlimited 4G for phones" while I'm using a router. All was well since the option changed, until this morning and my router stopped connecting to the network. Phoned in and the explanation is because of the option and I will only be allowed to change to the "19 hours unlimited " option from the 1st of March. So I'm still sitting with the same issue, no wifi and must pay for something I'm unable to use.
