PATHETIC SERVICE ALL ROUND

Placed an order for Rain 5G on 16/03/2020. Order confirmation confirmed delivery between 1-3 days , the 17/03/20 followed up with them only to be told they having issues with their billing department , i must please be patient i will have delivery by the friday , friday 20/03/20 followed up again only to be told they have follwed up with their logistics department and they still waiting for a response from them , i have spoken to numerous consultants , themba, faieza, roman, wayne , angus etc only to name a few , where i get told they will make contact or follow up and they never do , today is the 24/03/20 and guess what still waiting .WORST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER , i have now emailed a guy named deon who is apparently the manager lets see if anything comes from this.
