Pathetic service again

I do not understand why I need to go to Hello Peter to get service from Rain. I purchased a uncapped wifi for 595 per month one month down the line I am now invoiced and paying 1149 Rand. I have tried to phone Rain waiting up to 15 minutes at a time this morning at 08h00 I tried again no luck just hideous music this is a good product run by idiots the service is pathetic I want to know how my Rain doubles in price within a month. Please someone just phone me on *** or ***.
