Pathetic service
Imagine speaking to two consultants and after explaining network issues their network hits off because i mean the line just goes quiet! and mind you they dont drop the call so i have 2 consultants on the line 19/06/2024 since 2PM . A guy by Milani eventually helped me or tried but he coudnt cos i am not account holder. My husband is. 1stly - what stone age are u living in where he cant add me as a mandate? 2ndly why is your service as bad as the network i have been experiencing for more then a month ?
