PATHETIC SERVICE

I'm really disappointed with service im receiving before I even get your product, I'm even scared to imagine the service once it is received. The courier company called me on Thursday to confirm address for delivery on Friday. By 3pm nothing arrived, I called Rain call centre, the guy I spoke to couldn't help me and instead of transferring me he cut the call. I call the courier company again only to have the phone dropped in my ear.....Today 03/05/21 I call to raise my concerns only to be told that they need to re-register my delivery. So I ask for my order to be canceled and my money refunded, which they were glad to do but only after seven days. I was told by Masegho at Rain that I must wait to speak to her manager only for her to drop the call.....Pathetic service....
