Pathetic Service

This is the worst experience I have ever had -They bill me double and when they confirm that they made a mistake and double charged me -the they block the wifi because of no payment when they needed to re-debit me R1690 because of there mistake. Then worst is I needed to spend a nother R100 on cell calls waiting more that an Hour just to be told the finance division will call me back -that never happend
