Pathetic service

I received my Sim cards 2023 when the driver solly came he said his machine is not scanning my documents properly to rica and he gave me a email *********** to send documents which I did and till now I've called several times to get this sorted no one contacted me always saying they will call and never call even request online for call as my Sim cards and still not working its 2025 now and still god damn still not sort 2 years this is pathetic service a honest disgrace to cutsomer service I've never kn my whole life gotten such pathetic service yoj increase my premiums but you dont sort out my issue a whole 2 years later Rain is pathetic bad customer
