Pathetic service. I have an outstanding refund due since July this year of R3700. No one ever helps. I have phone multiple times. They say they will refund but nothing happens. They say the billing department will contat me but they never do. Do not even reply to this until you have solved Ref ***0. Tired of your continuous lies
