Pathetic service

8 Complaints already just on Wednesday 05/11/2025 makes me wonder if we would ever be assisted in our problems by Rain. You are too quick to take money from our accounts but when there's a problem you always reply by saying you understand our frustration, then that's the last we hear from your side. your service is worse than pathetic infect it's disgusting. I made an immediate EFT payment on 02/11/2025 and till today you are disputing that you have received my payment. My bank confirmed that my payment was successful and sitting in your Nedbank account, but you still don't connect my wi fi. I have been talking with you from Sunday and sent you everything you required from but still sitting without wi fi. Requested someone to call me maybe we can understand each other than your stupid machine that always pretend to understand my frustration. Ticket #***2 / #***8 and #***0 show what kind of service you provide when we need you the most.
