Pathetic service

This company is by far one of the biggest dishonest and thieving companies I have ever come across, I had requested a cancellation in the beginning of May it is now September a whole 4 months being charged for a service I no longer required and wanted. I've sent emails to their support and logged many attempts for them to get ahold if me but nothing has ever happened and again today a debit order attempt went off and this is charging me cause Rain as a company have no moral values on doing what is requested of their clientele.
