Pathetic service

Service is beyond pathetic! I made a call to rain in June requesting a downgrade to 30mbps for R559 and they told me it would be down as of July. 3 months later my account is still been debited R739. I've made several calls and in August was advised the issue is resolved which was a lie. Ricardo who manages the call center promised he would give me feedback, even after my email to him I've never received any feedback from him. This is the worst service I've ever received that I'm actually disgusted
