Pathetic service
Last Friday I decided to take up the unlimited data sim. I was told sim will be activated after 24-48 hours. It's been almost a week still not activated. I sent several emails to find out what's going on. Reply's my query has been escalated. I need this sim activated or my money back ASAP urgently please!!! I don't believe I received such a poorest service first time buyer. This service is really shocking.
