Pathetic service.
Unreliable Wifi connection and router. I have been experiencing issues with my connection ever since I have changed to the new router. This is probably my eighth attempt at assistance with my internet connection that got disconnected yesterday around 3pm, to which I called the contact centre and I was told on many occasions that this would be escalated to the “relevant team”. It has been nearly 24 hours later and I still do not have internet connection. I have been logging tickets and no one has bothered to assist me yet.

I got assistance from a guy named Ethan from the escalations department yesterday with my complaint and having my router swapped in. He was very patient with me and physically waited in store while the entire swap was being processed.
I missed his follow up call yesterday and tried to write a different review for his service however, I can’t. My connection has since been restored, thank you.
Would I recommend Rain? Definitely not but Ethan’s customer service? a solid 10000/10 ! He was the star of the show.
