Pathetic service

Rain customer service is pathetic,just spoke to an agent by the name of Luvhuno,he does not know what he's doing,giving me false information, could not assist me with a billing query regarding a cancelation that I made last month,he gave me wrong information that full amount was not supposed to be debited this month,I will be refunded ,as only 15days amount was supposed to be billed and he put me on hold for more that 7minutes until I ran out of airtime. Until I called again and spoke to Gareth who was very helpful .
