Pathetic service
Worst experience/service ever.....Router not working connected but no internet....This is a new line(supposed to be) I have been calling since Thursday not 1 agent can help me....Billing department in South Africa is Pathetic to say the least. sent a email we trying to contact you but no call nothing....i spoke to about 10-15 different agents since last week no one can help me. Reference number ***3
