Pathetic service

If I could give a rating worse than the 1 star I selected, I would gladly do it. I cancelled my subscription with rain in August because their network was poor and I was using their router to work from home.

I was advised they would debit about R70 something Rand and I was ok with that, today I wake up for over R560 debited from my account. I called them and have been on hold for over 15 minutes the consultant told me she was checking my billing and hasn't come back to me.
