Pathetic service
I cancelled my account last month and the cancellation went out successfully. They said to would be affective from from 1 August. However they billed me for August again! Like what the hell and you cannot get a hold of anyone at rain! Please if anyone is thinking of getting rain. Do not! It's terrible! I had it for 3 months and it was miserable!!
