Pathetic service

I have a contract with Rain. For the past 2 weeks I've been trying to get them to upgrade my plan. I sent them a message to which I got an automated confirmation but nobody called me. I later received a message notifying me that I qualify for a free upgrade. I tried to call the number several times but it always says I must call tomorrow.

This is pathetic to say the least.

As I explained in my complaint, my effort to get in was in vain. I rep**** to the same email and also tried calling in without success.
