Pathetic service!
Terrible terrible service. They deducted R431,10 from my account end of May and I haven't even used my sim since end of March. I have tried phoning but they don't answer. I have sent emails and no reply. I have left comments on their dashboard but no reply. Now they sent me an email saying my new bill will arrive even though I canceled the sim. Pathetic service!!
