Pathetic service
On the 6th of March I cancelled my Rain already, I was supposed to be refunded as it's stopped working on the 3rd of March already, I was not refunded, at the end of March they took another debit order for the full amount, for internet that is still not working I've sent various emails to Rain but had not reply to date, I cancelled due to the pathetic service and because you are more offline than online!!!!
