PATHETIC SERVICE!

I was told that this was the best internet to make use of with working from home. i got my sim end November after waiting for it to work for i think it was 2 days. I have realized that it has been a complete waste of money. Hell Telkom's service is better, they atleast working and when its down or getting maintenance they tell you... now trust me being told your worse than TELKOM of all people thats bad... SERIOUSLY!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER.... If i could rate -5 i would but thats not possible. and then i call the number on their website and it just rings and rings forever and then eventually it changes to "Sorry our office hours are"... sorry are you F-ING kidding me!!!! NO HELP NOTHING NOT EVEN AN EMAIL OR SMS... so i check Rain Down Detector - sad that this site exists and that is constantly showing an hourly rating of people complaining about not having network!!!! BREACH OF CONTRACT AS NOTHING IS WORKING EVER!!!!!
