Pathetic Service

Very Bad service when i phoned in to let them know that my WIFI is off they sent me from pillar to post they always say that they going to get the billing dept to fix my problem however nothing was fixed i made my full payment and on their side it showed that i am in arrears now they call me to tell me that i didnt make payment for July which i wont make as i only used 1 week of their service for the month of June and they charged me my full subscription i am really not happy with the service i receive from Rain
