Pathetic service

I requested rain via the app to cancel in October 2022 when i moved to capetown because the connection was poor

Rain sent an sms saying one of there support people will call to help with Cancellation... installed webAfrica fibre disconnected Rain

No calls was received from Rain and since its a month to month service no contracted i wasnt funding the account rain was billing... fast forward 2023 money was transferred to my account in March Rain debits R530 x 2 when i call i was told i owe them for months i wasnt paying i owe them ..

I was how do i owe because i did request to cancel you didnt call an i wasnt paying so services should of stopped so how do i owe no answer

The Rain team is a **** a ***** bills people for services even when they are requested to cancell I want my money ... my funeral policy has lapsed because of Rain.

Please payback the money Asap its been over a week calling an being told the matter is being handled by billing dpt but no communication...
