Pathetic service

Pathetic, here we are a month later. After being billed for a full months internet service and not receiving the service paid for. Guess what? Now we have issues with simcards that don't work and surprise no response to tickets. Oh look payment reminders! Even after I paid! What a truly pathetic service. Don't even bother signing up. Even my colleagues have moved from rain.
