Pathetic service
What a pathetic service we have from rain
No month goes by where you are not frustrated and complaining and it’s always the same excuse
I have not had internet in the last 48 hours and it’s still not fixed
They will log multiple tickets for you and the issue will still not get resolved

Guys your service is beyond pathetic
You should be ashamed to be even debiting from your clients accounts
There is no improvement in your service
We do have patience as clients and understand that services do go down but your one is one another level
