PATHETIC SERVICE!!

If it was possible to give this company a 0 instead of a 1 I would gladly do it. I keep on experiencing internet connection issues with my wifi and I get the same excuse from agents every time that the tower is down and under going maintenance. The first time I had to wait for 3 days for them to resolve the issue but when I requested my debit order date to be changed and the system didn't pull through the correct date so they debited on the wrong amount they were quick to disconnect my wifi without even thinking twice to assist me because it was a system error but now when they keep on providing bad service I must give be patient. It's not far that I must pay the full amount without them providing proper service to me. I wasn't even compensated got those 3 days because of their poor internet connections. Absolutely disgusting service!!!!
