PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!!
A simple thing as cancelling a subscription with rain takes forever! I've been calling for almost 2 weeks to cancel but even the agents are of no use!! I cancelled on the app but the account is still active and now i must be paying for services i did not use. RIDICULOUS !
