Pathetic service

Am so ****en ****ed of with Rain, my services has been suspended now I can not work. Am told I owe R42 and some change, when I took up the Rain package on the 25th of February no one told me about any previous outstanding balance for an old package I took, which I've asked to be canceled and to my surprise it still has not been canceled. What bull**** service is this if u do not want to do business with me I will go elsewhere. This is not about paying the R42 its about the ****ing principle, now am stuck here can't work and am inconvenienced for a ****ing bad service, someone needs to sort out this today still
