Pathetic service

The most pathetic service I have ever Recieved.

I bought a device on Wednesday. They told me 24 hours my service will be activated even after receiving an SMS that the service was active.

I have had numerous calls and emails and all that have happens is we will escalate the matter.

Does anyone in your organization actually know what they doing?

It is now Saturday still no internet and still no feedback from any of your senior managers.

I'm not sure what else I need to do as I have now spent over R200 in phonecalls with your support service as well as needed to buy data for my vodacom ****le which has cost over R1200 to do any work.

This is rediculous to say the least.

And guess what I bet you this complaint won't even get someone to rectify the matter or even call me to resolve this.
