Pathetic service

I would never recommend Rain SA internet service to anyone, there support is pathetic to say the least. Spoke to a consultant on via facebook to enquire if the 7 day free trial still exists in order for me to test the signal in my area first and she confirmed it is still active, Network coverage map shows my area has full 4G coverage.

Signed up on the site but you cannot continue unless you add your card details,, they immediately take the payment, tested the card and I get less than 1mbps if im even lucky enough to get 1 bar of signal, logged 3 tickets so far via their Site and no response, their Facebook page is no longer responding to me as well.

even tried canceling the service via their portal and unsuccessful. worst part is you cannot call anyone.

Alll i want is the service cancelled and my refund.

disgusting customer support, I would never do business with them again. calling the bank now to arrange a reversal of the transaction as this is now bull****
